Professional liability insurance

The Skrivanek Group has concluded a treaty on professional liability insurance with the internationally respected company AIG, and this agreement is obligatory for all the Skrivanek Group branches.

The agreement covers the following: civil liability insurance of translators, foreign languages teachers and other employees.

Therefore, if one of the clients of “Tulkojumu birojs Skrivanek Latvia” Ltd. as well as any client of the other branches of the enterprise bears losses as a result of mistranslation; these losses are indemnified by the insurer in accordance with the abovementioned agreement.

It remains to be said that none of Skrivanek Group branches has applied to the insurer for indemnification during the period of this agreement.
